Mike Hamill live in concert

Performing "A Father's Love Letters" show at Draper City Amphitheater On June 15th at 8p.m.

Fatherhood is the backbone to our society. Fatherhood strengthens family bonds and is vital in raising our children while instilling the moral fibers they will carry into adulthood as they become productive citizens enhancing the world for us all. The key component to fatherhood is being there. Being home and present in the lives of our children. Being there to help teach and guide them as they learn to walk, talk, ride a bike, discover freedom and independence, choosing right from wrong while nurturing them as they grow into mature, responsible, confident adults who show love and respect to their own spouses, children and people in their life. Mike Hamill’s live concert performance of his “A Father’s Love Letters” CD encourages men to become more involved in their children’s lives by doing one very simple thing… being there. There is no greater gift a man can give to his family and children than being there to love, comfort and guide them through life.

Featuring the music of Rich Wyman with a cameo appearance by Kurt Bestor, Mike presents a thrilling, emotional, heartfelt family experience that not only entertains but actually brings families closer. His band includes John Flanders on sax, Tracy Neilsen on drums, Shawn Vincent on guitar, Tom Scribner on keyboards, Richie Vazquez on bass with Walter James Woods, Bella Woods and Sue Rowe on backup vocals and video imagery by Nyk Fry.
