Local favorite Bonnie Harris to perform
Local singer and numerous award-winner Bonnie Harris will perform Christmas classics on Monday, Dec. 19 at 7 p.m. at the Utah Cultural Celebration Center. This annual free concert is a staple in the community, now celebrating its 15th year in West Valley City.
This year, Harris is celebrating her 2011 CD release featuring 1940’s Big Band Jazz. The CD will be available for purchase at the concert. While you’re there, stop by the Trees of Diversity exhibition, featuring trees decorated by Utah’s ethnic minority arts communities. The exhibit also includes Nativities from around the world, along with art pieces, nutcrackers, gingerbread houses, special holiday “store window” scenes, and wreaths.
