Bring your own blankets and chairs and head to the Sandy Amphitheater Park for dinner with a view! There are 8 - 10 tasty Food Trucks each Monday Night* to choose from. It's a different round-up of trucks each Monday, so make it a weekly tradition. Starts at 5:00 PM and goes until dark.
